Stanislaw Wojnicki, Ph. D. - Expert in strategic human resources management and executive coach /mentor with over twenty five years of experience;  worked as HR interim manager, consultant and director in multinational corporations  (FMCG and banking)  in Poland, France, the USA, the Netherlands and across the Middle East.

In recent years acted as HR interim manager and consultant i.a. for Bolsius (Zalesie Małe), Huta Częstochowa (Częstochowa), Artech/Armor (Prudnik), Owens-Illinois Business Services Center (Poznań), Allianz (Warsaw), Henkel (Racibórz and Warsaw), Platforma NC+ (Warsaw)

Earlier he led i.a. merger projects of Bank Handlowy and Citibank Poland (2001-2003) as well as of Kredyt Bank and Bank Zachodni WBK (2012-2013) in the area of human resources and integration strategy. In the period 2004 -2009 he was the Regional HR Head for 9 countries in the Middle East. Stanislaw Wojnicki specializes i.a. in developing age management programs for companies (implementation in companies and publications) as well as in implementing the “Thinking Before Acting” process as a way to accelerate results and enable change.

Former Senior Fulbright Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia; co-founder and first president of the Polish Human Resources Association. Executive Board Member of the Polish HR Association (PSHR), Member of the Council of Directors of the Polish Association of Interim Managers (SIM).

Fluent in English, French and Polish.
